Terms of purchase
The following purchase conditions apply to the sale of strollers, children's and baby products (hereinafter referred to as the Products) by Keenz Stroller Shop by company 4 Principles of Marketing Sweden AB, swedish business no number 556675-2456 (hereinafter referred to as Keenz Stroller Shop). When selling to consumers, Keenz Stroller Shop applies the applicable rules that follow from the applicable legislation.

Registration
You do not need to register to shop in our webshop.

Ordering
The Products are ordered via the online store Keenz Stroller Shop. All picture information should be seen as illustrations, and cannot be guaranteed to reproduce the exact appearance of the item. In the event of any inaccuracies in stating the stock status, Keenz Stroller Shop reserves the right to correct this afterwards. This means, among other things, that if a Product in Keenz Stroller Shop's range has been discontinued or for some other reason is not available with the observance of reasonable efforts, Keenz Stroller Shop is not obliged to provide such Product regardless of the Customer having ordered the same as above.

Age limit
To buy from Keenz Stroller Shop you need to be at least 18 years old.

Delivery conditions
At Keenz Stroller Shop, prices are always stated including VAT. The delivery time is normally 3 to 5 working days, depending on whether the Products are in Keenz Stroller Shop's stock or if they are ordered on request directly from the supplier's stock. Keenz Stroller Shop does not normally split a shipment into multiple shipments. Delivery takes place with DHL to the nearest Servicepoint.

In cases where the Customer chooses not to redeem ordered Products, the Customer will be charged a handling fee of SEK 250. If a delivery delay occurs, the Customer will be notified via e-mail or phone call from Keenz Stroller Shop. The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. Cancellation of purchase must be made in writing via e-mail to Keenz Stroller Shop's customer service.

Keenz Stroller Shop repays the purchase amount paid no later than 14 days after written cancellation of purchase has been received. Keenz Stroller Shop is responsible for the risk during transport to the Customer, i.e. the risk of a product being damaged or lost during transport to the Customer.

The customer bears the risk in the event of a return to Keenz Stroller Shop. The customer is responsible for reporting any transport damage to Keenz Stroller Shop within 14 days. The customer is responsible for unpacking and inspecting the condition of the Products as soon as possible after receipt. In case of transport damage, the Customer may not use the Product and the Customer must keep the Product's packaging, so that the entire package and the Product can be inspected when handling claims.

Shipping (Freight cost)
Shipping within Sweden is currently free. 
Shipping to Norway, Denmark and Finland is EUR 20. 

Prices and payment
The prices stated on keenzstroller.com include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Promotions
Promotional offers on Products are valid while stocks last, unless otherwise stated by Keenz Stroller Shop.

Payments
Keenz Stroller Shop offers payments via Klarna and Shopify Payments.

Security and privacy
In connection with the Customer's registration and order, the Customer agrees that Keenz Stroller Shop stores and uses the Customer's data to fulfill its obligations towards the Customer. Keenz Stroller Shop documents certain communications that Keenz Stroller Shop has with the Customer via telephone or e-mail, in order to provide the service that the Customer expects from Keenz Stroller Shop.

Keenz Stroller Shop will not disclose the Customer's personal data to third parties. According to the Personal Data Act (PUL), the Customer has the right to receive the information that the company has registered. If the information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, the Customer can request that the information be corrected or deleted.

Right of withdrawal
The customer always has a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act (distanshandelslagen). The right of withdrawal only applies if the Product is in essentially unchanged condition. The cancellation period starts to run from the day the Customer has received the Product. Keenz Stroller Shop repays the purchase amount paid no later than 14 days after the returned Product has been received by Keenz Stroller Shop. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns. The shipping cost is deducted when the purchase amount is refunded.

The customer must return returned Product in original packaging with associated packaging. The customer is responsible for the risk of return shipping, the risk includes, among other things, that the product is damaged or lost during shipping.

Returns
As a customer, you have 14 days right of return from the day you pick up your order. This also applies to the purchase of reduced-price goods. The item must be in original condition, i.e. unused and with any labels and/or packaging intact. If, against the odds, there is something wrong with your order, we will of course cover the return shipping.

Exception: For strollers, you have the right to return even if you opened the packaging, as we want you to be able to try the stroller. Save all packaging and packaging so you can pack it the same way it was packed when you received it. You may only test the stroller indoors so that it does not get dirty or the tires look worn.

Since we are open for purchase for 14 days, you do not need to fill in the Swedish Consumer Agency's form if you want to make a return, but if you still want to do so, you can print it here.

Manage your return
All goods sent back must be wrapped and well packaged. Return all items with original packaging and any tag and package the product so that the product's original packaging is not damaged. You may not tape or stick anything directly on the product's original packaging.

This is the easiest way to handle your return:
- Send us an email regarding your case.
- Fill in the return slip that you receive from us by email.
- Put the return slip in the package.
- Tape the package and pack it carefully.
- Hand in the package to the agent.

ATTENTION! It is you as the customer who pays for the return and is responsible for your return reaching us. Note the package ID on the package that you send back to us and ask for a receipt.

Warranty and right of complaint
Keenz Stroller Shop sells all Products with right of complaint according to the Consumer Purchase Act. Right of complaint 3 years.

Reservations
Keenz Stroller Shop reserves the right regarding incorrect prices, images, delivery dates and stock status stated in price lists, catalogues, fairs or on the website (keenzstroller.com). We reserve the right that some product images and product information are not final. We reserve the right to cancel incorrect orders.

We store the following personal data about our customers:
Customers: First name, Surname, Company/organization, E-mail, Personal/organization number, VAT number, Address, Postal code, City, Country, Telephone number.
Orders: ip-address, E-mail, Personal/organization number, VAT number, Address, Company, First name, Surname, Address, Postal code, City, Telephone number.

As a customer, you can request an extract, change or deletion of this data at any time.
